-Officials running the Mars One project: More than 100,000 want to go to Mars and not return.
More than 100,000 people have applied for the first ever scheduled trip to Mars and never to return again to Earth. Of course, there are financial and technological obstacles that would need to be addressed if this mission were to ever happen.  Many experts have said that this trip would be a "challenge" and a "long shot" of happening, but the company heading the Mars project says that they are going ahead with their vision. They intend to be the first company to ever send someone to the red planet. Mars One says will be sending people to the red planet by 2022, as I've written in one of my previous articles.

-Apple rumors - new leaked images of the new iPad Screen.

Is this the iPad 5's next screen?

Macfixit Australia, a company that provides parts for Apple, published photos of what it claims to be the screen for Apple's next iPad version. According to Macfixit, it is the same size as the current model and internally the display will feature new connectors called "Flexible Print Circuits," like those found in the iPhone 5. The iPad is rumored for a 2014 release.

Samsung is set to release their new Laptop on August 18th for $1,399. This new computer offers a 13.3 inch display with 3,200 pixels x 1,800 pixels and this is one of the first of its kind on the consumer market. It is powered by a 4th generation core processor and comes with a solid 128 GB solid state drive and 4 GB of RAM. This laptop would last about 7 and half hours on one single charge. Samsung also has more in the works and their next tablet is supposed to be released to the public by September 1st.

Is it possible for technology that could affect your brain? A device known as the Focus Headset is doing this and it primarily for gamers. The concern raised in this article is if this is safe to be used on the brain regularly? Studies show some stimulation of the brain is positive and helps the brain remember certain things. However, there is still a concern about what technologies such as the Focus Headset may do to a person if it is worn over a long period of time.
