-NASA unveils goals to send another rover to Mars by 2020.
The main goal for the rover is to look and examine the possibility of past life on Mars. Once the rover collects the samples, the plan is for this rover to actually return to Earth. This is something the current rover (Curiosity) does not have the ability to do. These samples that return to Earth after the mission is complete will provide crucial knowledge for future missions. It can look at possible hazards and conditions on the red planet before humanity takes the next big step of sending humans to Mars.

-Voyager voyages into the unknown parts of the Universe.

An article looking back at all the pictures and data that Voyager 1 has sent back to Earth. In fact, if an alien society were to ever get a handle on Voyager 1 they could hear the sounds and see the images of Earth through these golden discs. Simply interesting. The shuttle continues to go strong and experts will continue to observe the data returned by the Voyager until the they lose connection to the ship.

-Disc that can hold data for a million plus years.

In the near future, we may be able to place memory into a storage unit that has the possibility of outliving human kind. It can even withstand temperatures as high as 1832 Fahrenheit. A team of experts at the University of Southampton and Eindhoven's University of Technology made the breakthrough discovery. Can we see this in the consumer market? Well the leader of the project, Jingyu Zhang hopes to partner with a company to help get this product on the consumer market sometime soon.

-Nature plays a role in defeating cancer.
An interesting article that discusses how nature plays a role in fighting this disease. For example, the chemotherapeutic aid known as Taxol, comes from a tree known has the Pacific Yew. Another example is a product called soursoup, that compounds acetogenins that kills the bad cancer cells without hurting the healthy cells. Many planets and fungus have the ability to help defeat cancer. As more research is put into anti-cancer measures, expect more organic methods that reduces this disease.
